Not bad. From a technical perspective, it's pretty polished. I thought the voice acting was pretty decent, too. I just didn't find it to be very funny. Not to say it wasn't entertaining (it somewhat was), just not comedic. Still, good job.

Thanks :P
Completely saw this coming. Still worthy of a chuckle. I'm actually glad this was cut short, a drawn-out punchline just makes a joke fall apart. Animation is pretty decent and I actually thought the "Lol" at the end was a nice touch.
This piece was clever and funny for how short it was. I wish it was longer, but it's still great.
So short. So simple. So awesome. I loved it.

Funny and greatly animated, but I honestly thought that the voice acting was terrible. At least for Luigi. Mario and Bowser were pretty alright. Great lighting and shadows, with accommodating music.
Though I don't think the "and why" part of the question was answered...
Animation style was smooth, simple, and superb. Colorful, emotional, and suited the great music so well.
Tragic ending, but great story nonetheless.
