Wario wouldn't go jogging. But seriously, good animation! Waluigi's voice acting was rather off, but eh, wasn't too bad. I guess. So yeah, good job.

Where do I start? Despite the animation being a but out-of-synch and despite that it could have been smoother, this was....a really good animation. The story was sorta cliché but the unique and colorful artwork and animation just the depth of character we were able to see even though there was hardly more than three minutes' worth of voiceless (ignoring the song) animation. Nice job.

A flop? This animation? Not at all! It was great, from the voice acting to the syncing to the animation to the little bits like the facial features.

Animation and voice acting were nicely done. And the humor was good. Didn't really make me laugh, but I could appreciate it. And your video holds a valid message ~ Good work.
